Payment or activation recovery

Send only the PayPal receipt ID, the email used at checkout, whether the code is missing or rejected, and the purchased tier. Do not include memorial notes, names, dates, photos, private links, payment credentials, or the generated order pack.

Before sending files

• Have the family reviewer approve any name, date, relationship, or story before it leaves the browser.
• Confirm photo order, music rights, and service playback format locally before handoff.
• Use secure transfer for photos and video files.
• Do not send public folder links, passwords, payment card details, or private family records in a support email.

Paid activation unlocks a browser-local text handoff. It does not upload photos, create the final video, contact relatives, post online, test venue equipment, or delete files for the family.
